I, the participant or legal guardian, hereby assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation in Khedan 26 Juniors, and I waive, release, and absolve Akal USA, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained.

I grant Akal USA and the Khedan team the irrevocable right to use photographs and video recordings of me/my child for promotional and archival purposes.
